Sports Registration

Attend Registration sessions at North High on the dates below

• Fall sports: Wednesday, Aug. 9, 6-8 pm 
• Winter sports: Wednesday, Oct. 25, 6-8pm
• Spring sports: Wednesday, Feb 28, 6-8pm

Sports Physical, Forms, and Fees

Practicing with a team requires a physical exam.  If a physical for the current year is not on file, please connect with your family physician, or call 612-215-2791 to make an appointment at the North High School Based Clinic.
